Technical Inside Sales Representative Aftersales for our office in Gothenburg

Roland Carlberg Processystem AB is a company with 15 employees and operations located in Gothenburg and Uppsala. For over 40 years, Roland Carlberg Processystem AB has held the agency for several world-leading companies in fluid technology and powder technology. Within our product areas, we strive to be our customers' best business partner.

We now need to expand our aftersales department of four people with an additional skilled employee. The position is based at our office in Gothenburg.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customers with technical support and advice, acting as the knowledgeable and reliable link between customer and supplier.
• Quotation, order, and delivery management.
• Planning and booking of service interventions.
• Upselling by recommending complementary products and services.
• Cultivating and developing good customer relationships.
• Travel to both customers and suppliers may occur.

Qualifications

• You are professional, positive, and have a winning attitude.
• You have a strong interest in customer service and in building long-term relationships.
• Your background should include a technical education or experience and an interest in technical service and customer contacts. Experience in technical sales is an advantage.
• You have good knowledge of English as contacts with our suppliers are conducted in English.
