About the positionOur client is looking for an employee for a temporary position in the planning department in Kungälv. You should have an interest in computer work, be service and quality-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. The position is a temporary role from 2026-03-16 to 2027-02-26. In this role, you will work on planning, coordinating, and optimizing transports together with the carrier and warehouse based on order situation, specific delivery requests, and time aspects.

You will also work with:

• Communicating with our customer service and the warehouse in Kungälv.

• Acting as a link between the company and our carriers.

• Producing, checking, sorting, and archiving freight documents.

• Contributing to driving digitalization efforts and the development of the department.

About youWe are looking for a person who is interested in learning administrative service work. A requirement is that you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently. You should also have computer skills in the Office package, primarily Excel. Currently, we have 6 people in the planning department. We are divided into export, import, and transport coordinators = one team.

Working hours are weekdays normally between 08:00-16:30 with scheduled morning and evening shifts.

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
