As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between the customer and the workshop. You will be responsible for receiving customers, handling bookings, and guiding them through the entire service process. This role is perfect for you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and always put the customer first.

• Receive customers and handle their inquiries.
• Schedule and book service and workshop visits.
• Act as the contact person between the customer and the workshop.
• Provide professional service and advice.
• Handle administration and follow-up.

• Have previous experience as a Service Advisor, or other experience within the automotive industry.
• Are service-oriented and solution-focused.
• Have good computer skills and administrative ability.
• Enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A B-driving license is an advantage.

This is a summer position starting as agreed. You will be employed by Aura Personal and work on-site at Din Bil in Sisjön.
