We are currently looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Svenljunga. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80%, and working hours per week may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with product group and store communication responsibility

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you have a special product group and store communication responsibility, which means that you:

• Keep the product group (for example, red, white wine, or beer) representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyzing waste and suggesting measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your product group with other employees.
• Create a positive customer experience through inspiring signage and thoughtful product display.
• Ensure that the store's expression follows Systembolaget's mission and vision, is brand-neutral, and does not promote upselling.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years) to meet customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, working in a service profession, and/or with food and beverages.
