We are now looking for a customer-focused and development-oriented deputy store manager for a temporary position at ÖoB in Lidköping. You have previous experience in leadership and retail and want to continue developing in a dynamic environment.

As a deputy store manager, you are part of the store's management team and work closely with the store manager. The role is varied, and you have an important task in ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly. You contribute to creating order and structure, ensuring that the right things happen at the right time and in line with ÖoB's concept. You actively work to create a welcoming and inspiring environment in the store, always keeping the customer's needs at the center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience from a leadership role in retail, preferably as a deputy store manager or department manager. You have a good understanding of sales and operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a leadership position within retail/grocery as well as experience from large-scale operations is an advantage, but great emphasis will also be placed on your personal qualities.

The position is a part-time temporary position, 30 hours/week, with immediate start or as agreed. The employment lasts for approximately one year, with good opportunities for extension.
