Sales Coach for Business & Agriculture

Do you want to coach salespeople to new heights and help create security for businesses in Gothenburg and Bohuslän? We are now looking for you to become our next Sales Coach for Business & Agriculture - an exciting and completely new role with us.

Your Challenge

As a Sales Coach for Business & Agriculture, you play a key role in developing and strengthening the sales of property and motor insurance as well as complementary products for business and agricultural customers. You will coach both inside and outside salespeople at our various offices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, high customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will report to the Sales Manager for Business & Agriculture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing salespeople through individual and group-based coaching, listening in, and providing feedback.
  • Inspiring and supporting the team to achieve common and individual sales and availability goals.
  • Actively participating in sales and departmental meetings to discuss goals and find new ways forward.
  • Continuously training employees in sales, communication, and customer interaction.
  • Coordinating, planning, and executing business days, training initiatives, and other sales-promoting activities at various offices.
  • Ensuring and driving activities that lead to more satisfied and loyal customers.
  • Handling qualified customer cases and being a driving force for improvement work.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and the development of people. You are an inspiring coach who easily builds trust and relationships, both internally and externally. You are self-driven but thrive best when you can collaborate and contribute to the team's collective success.

We see that you have:

  • Relevant education in sales, economics, or equivalent
  • Experience in sales within the insurance industry
  • Certifications in the insurance field
  • It is an advantage if you have documented experience in coaching and leadership

You have good communication skills, are curious, and see opportunities in change. You enjoy spreading energy and engagement to the team and have a genuine interest in developing others. Since we offer customers everything under one roof, we see that you keep an eye on the bigger picture and collaborate with your colleagues.
