Regional Sales Representative – Plandent Västra Götaland

Do you want to work as a regional sales representative where you contribute daily to the dental industry by equipping their operations with high-quality dental products and a complete range of selected quality products? Are you a relationship-building salesperson who is both structured and has a strong business drive, and do you thrive in a role where you independently manage your region and your customers? Then the role of Regional Sales Representative at Plandent may be for you!

The area of responsibility for the position is Västra Götaland, where you preferably start from a location with good communication opportunities within the region, e.g., Gothenburg and surrounding areas.

In the role of regional sales representative, you play an important role in offering customers consultative assistance in furnishing and developing their dental clinics. Plandent has the breadth and experience that every dentist needs, and in the product range, you will sell innovative and world-leading handpieces, high-quality treatment chairs, suction motors, compressors, and disinfectors.

You will work towards a clearly defined budget and independently manage the entire sales process. Your customer target group includes both private and public actors, with a mix of new and existing customers. Approximately 80% of your time is spent on incoming inquiries, and the remaining 20% on proactive sales activities. Within the region, there are many satisfied and returning customers, and you will continue the important work of building long-term relationships through customer dialogue, meetings, trade shows, and events.

You are the obvious contact person for clinic relocations, expansions, or new installations, and after completed projects, you are responsible for training users in the products. The company values structure in the sales work. You work systematically in a CRM system and receive support from an experienced sales team and a coaching manager. You report to the sales manager and work from a home office in your region. You are part of a regional team that also includes technicians with high customer presence.

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in successful B2B sales. You preferably have experience managing a region or district and can independently plan your day. Background from related industries and experience in project management is advantageous. Since construction projects are often part of the role, it is important that you can hold a simple technical dialogue with builders and installers.

You have a driver's license, are digitally savvy, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. As a person, you have a strong sense of responsibility combined with a results-driven approach. You quickly build trust and work systematically with an eye for detail. You thrive in an independent role with significant responsibility and initiative.
