Sales Acquisition Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient Sales Acquisition Manager for our office in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, processing, and selling Allicon's connectivity solutions to property owners and commercial tenants. You will work independently with the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate your own leads towards property owners and commercial tenants
- Independently drive the entire sales process from first contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships within the real estate sector
- Analyze customer needs and present tailored connectivity solutions
- Utilize modern tools and digital platforms for prospecting and lead generation
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets
- Continuously build networks and market presence within the real estate industry
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal solution design
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within telecom or IT solutions
- Proven ability to independently drive and close deals
- Strong proactive ability to identify and create your own sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Technical understanding and ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driver's license (B license)
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within the real estate industry in the Gothenburg region
- Experience in selling telecom solutions or connectivity services
- Documented experience working with property owners and/or commercial tenants
- Knowledge of the real estate industry's digital transformation and needs
- Experience with modern CRM systems and digital prospecting tools
- Relevant higher education in business development, technical sales, or similar
