Our Lotta is going to experience life as a part-time retiree, and we are therefore looking for her replacement as the manager of the Bakery Store in Mölndal. You are a driven and committed person who wants to take responsibility for continuing the store's positive development together with your colleagues, and we promise, they are a truly great team!

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the sales of our products and ensuring that the business operates according to our concept. You will also be responsible for scheduling and staffing, keeping the premises clean and fresh, and of course, you will participate in all daily operational tasks. Next to the store is our bakery, which bakes and delivers all the bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other goodies that are sold in the store.

Experience:

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in sales and customer service in a supervisory role. You love talking to people and want to deliver service to the fullest, and you can work independently.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, and we apply a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are scheduled with varying times and work every other Saturday; weekend work may occur. We have employment conditions according to the collective agreement with HRF.
