About Londré Textiles

Londré Textiles is one of the largest suppliers of accessories, sports fashion, and rainwear in the Nordic region. Our headquarters is located in Viared, Borås, and we have a turnover of around 115 million SEK.

We currently produce a wide range of products in outerwear and accessories, all tailored to the needs and target groups of our corporate customers. We primarily operate in four areas: Fashion, sports, leisure, and workwear.

We are looking for an experienced purchasing assistant who enjoys a varied job where no day is the same. The position is suitable for you who have worked closely with purchasing before and are used to coordinating orders, deliveries, and supplier contacts in an international environment.

We are a smaller company where flexibility and collaboration are central parts of everyday life. Therefore, the tasks may vary over time, and you may also contribute in adjacent areas such as simple financial administration and logistics.

Personal Profile

You are structured and meticulous, with a good ability to see the big picture in purchasing and delivery flows. You are used to working on multiple parallel tasks simultaneously, prioritizing in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and ensuring that details and deadlines are met.

The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, nationally and internationally. Therefore, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a professional, solution-oriented approach to work.

You work independently and take responsibility, while also enjoying collaborating and supporting colleagues where needed – even outside your formal role.

We prefer that you have several years of experience in similar tasks within purchasing or order and delivery coordination. In case of temporary needs, such as during peak periods or vacation times, the role may also involve support in simple financial and logistics administration, for example, invoice handling or delivery administration.

Main Responsibilities

· Article and order registration in the company's business system

· Checking and approving materials, samples, and accessories

· Ongoing contact and follow-up with national and international customers and suppliers

· Follow-up on deliveries and coordination of order flows

· Contact with freight forwarders and customers regarding deliveries

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position is based at our headquarters in Borås and the work is performed on-site.

Start date is according to agreement. The last application date is 2026-02-15
