About the role In the role of customer service representative, you are often the first contact for debtors and partners. You work with both incoming and outgoing communication and play an important role in creating security, clarity, and trust. The role is broad and suits you who thrive in a smaller company where you can take responsibility and work on various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Customer contact via phone (both incoming and outgoing calls)

• Handling of emails and written communication

• Administration related to debt collection cases

• Contact with authorities, such as the Enforcement Authority

• Support the team in daily operations

We believe that you:

• Enjoy customer contact and are comfortable on the phone

• Are service-oriented, calm, and professional in dialogues

• Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks

• Thrive in a smaller company where everyone helps each other

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good English skills

• Experience in customer service, administration, or debt collection is a plus, but not a requirement.
