Do you want a part-time job where you contribute to a fair and secure examination environment? We are currently looking for meticulous and responsible individuals to work as exam invigilators during the AT exam on February 27th in Trollhättan!

The AT exam (General Practice Examination) is a national knowledge test for doctors undergoing their general practice training (AT) in Sweden. The exam tests theoretical medical knowledge and is part of the assessment for medical licensure. It is conducted simultaneously in several locations across the country and requires a structured and legally secure examination environment. We are currently seeking exam invigilators for the AT exam on November 21st in Trollhättan!

As an exam invigilator at the AT exam, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fair, and structured examination environment. You will prepare the exam room before the exam starts by arranging tables and chairs, setting up computers, and ensuring that all technical equipment works as it should. When participants arrive, you will check their identification, guide them to the correct location, and inform them about the exam rules, time frames, and practical details. During the exam, you will actively monitor the room to prevent and detect cheating. You will handle any practical questions and ensure that all participants have a fair chance to complete the exam without disturbances.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

• starting and ending the exam according to given instructions
• documenting any deviations, technical issues, or suspicions of cheating
• providing basic technical support if needed
• collecting equipment and restoring the room after the exam
• reporting to the responsible coordinator after the exam session

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant in the role of exam invigilator. The AT exam takes place on February 27th, and you are expected to work between 08:00 and 14:00. The exam itself runs from 09:00 to 14:00, but about an hour of preparation is required before the exam starts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• is a student, retiree, or similar
• speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• can work on Friday, February 27th
