JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We currently have an internship opportunity within HR where you will gain valuable experience in HR work and broad insight into the various aspects of the job.

We are currently running a larger project to develop our onboarding and offboarding processes, where both HR and IT collaborate. We are now looking for an engaged intern who wants to take the lead in designing a modern and updated process. The assignment involves mapping out how our current working methods look, conducting market research on how other employers handle the issue, and engaging in dialogue with a reference group.

You will have close support from an HR specialist in the project but will have the opportunity to independently drive this part of the development work. The focus during the internship is on developing the process for future implementation.

During your internship, you will also have the opportunity to work in various areas within HR depending on your interests and skills.
