We are now looking for customer service representatives for our center in Lindholmen, Gothenburg!

Responsibilities

In your role as a customer service representative, you will assist companies with various questions regarding their cash solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-notch customer service, and your day will be filled with inquiries about orders, settlement reports, and more technical issues, such as their cash register displaying error codes. The work is primarily conducted via incoming emails, but chat and phone calls may also occur.

The customer service hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:00, Saturday-Sunday 10-17. Therefore, the shifts will include daytime, evenings, and weekends. The position starts with a paid training where you will learn both the technical side of the job and how to deliver the best customer service.

About You

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
• Basic computer skills
• Completed high school education
• Clean criminal record

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service or another service role
• Interest in problem-solving
