At Cibes Kalea Sweden, you will play a central role in our sales organization where you will assist our customers - from the first contact to a well-prepared order ready for installation. You will work closely with our field sales representatives and technicians, becoming the one who maintains communication, quality, and structure in every deal. About the role
As an inside salesperson, you will receive incoming leads, advance the dialogue, and understand the customer's needs before preparing quotes and following up on them. You will also work with order placement, assembly planning, and all the documentation required for our elevator solutions to be installed smoothly and correctly. The role includes both consulting, upselling, and continuous contact with customers, architects, and internal colleagues. You will become a natural knowledge bearer in the team and a trusted voice for the customer, while also collaborating with the field salesperson when the customer needs to meet on-site.

About you
We believe you will thrive with us if you enjoy keeping things organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and feel at home in both dialogues, systems, and administration. You likely have a few years of experience from a sales organization, as an inside or outside salesperson, and are accustomed to working in CRM and other digital systems. You have a genuine customer focus and find it easy to collaborate with a natural desire to solve problems. Additionally, being communicative, proactive, and professional in your interactions makes you a perfect fit for us. Experience from the technology or construction industry may be advantageous.
