About the Position

We are looking for a recruiter for the Rescue Service in Greater Gothenburg. The assignment involves consultancy support in recruitment where you will work with the recruitment process in the Varbi system.

The position includes the following tasks:

• Create advertisement materials in dialogue with hiring managers.
• Publish ads in Varbi.
• Conduct selection, interviews, and reference checks.
• Provide feedback to candidates.
• Close ads and finalize recruitments in the system.
• Document actions according to current procedures.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as a recruiter is a full-time consultancy assignment starting from 2026-04-01 and is expected to last until 2026-06-19. Thereafter, there is a possibility of extension for up to (2) months in total. The assignment is 40 hours/week.

Requirements for the Position:

• Experience in recruitment work within the public sector and rescue services within the last year.
• Documented experience in recruiting specific roles within the rescue service such as fire instructors, incident leaders, LC leaders, etc.
• Good familiarity with working in the Varbi recruitment system.
• Experience in documentation and handling of public records.
• Experience in independently conducting the entire recruitment process (advertising, selection, interviews, references).
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
• Support in other HR-related tasks when the recruitment workload is low.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.

In addition to the requirements, personal suitability will be crucial for the appointment of the assignment.
