We are looking for a meticulous and driven finance assistant with administrative expertise – for a care company with IVO approval

Leva LSS is growing and is now looking for a finance assistant who also takes responsibility for administration in a professional care company with IVO approval. With us, you will become a key person who ensures structure, quality, and order in a regulated business where proper handling is crucial.

About the role

This is a combined position for someone who enjoys both numbers and structure. You will work closely with the CFO and management, responsible for financial administration while also overseeing important administrative processes related to regulated activities.

You will have a central role where your precision contributes to safe care.

Responsibilities

Finance

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Invoicing to municipalities and clients
  • Reconciliations and bookkeeping
  • Payroll documentation
  • Reporting and follow-up
  • Support to CFO/auditor during year-end closing

Administration (regulated activities)

  • Personnel administration and documentation
  • Monitoring of routines, policies, and self-controls
  • Handling of deviations and reporting
  • Document control according to legal requirements
  • Support during inspections, quality work, and follow-ups
  • Contact with authorities and municipalities

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience as a finance assistant or similar role
  • Is highly organized and meticulous
  • Thrives with responsibility and independent work
  • Can prioritize and maintain order even when the pace is high
  • Is confident in administrative processes and documentation
  • Has good Swedish skills in speech and writing

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience from care, LSS, HVB, or healthcare
  • Knowledge of IVO requirements, management systems, or quality work
  • Experience with invoicing to municipalities
  • Experience with Fortnox or similar systems
