About the Internship

Do you want a practical and business-oriented internship where you work with both recruitment and sales for real? At Linkways, you will be involved in the entire chain, from finding candidates and scheduling interviews to contacting clients and building a pipeline.

This is suitable for you who enjoy a fast-paced environment, like working with people, and want to understand how a recruitment company generates revenue and delivers quality.

About the Assignment

As an intern in Recruitment & Sales, you will work operationally with us on a daily basis and gain insight into how we:

  • find and attract candidates
  • drive processes from requirement profile to placement
  • build customer relationships and create new business opportunities
  • work systematically in CRM and recruitment tools

Examples of Tasks

Recruitment

  • Search and selection (LinkedIn, databases, ads)
  • initial candidate contact and phone screenings
  • coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • write candidate presentations and summaries
  • support in requirement profile and ad design

Sales

  • prospecting and research of target companies
  • initial contact via email/phone/LinkedIn
  • schedule meetings and follow up leads
  • update CRM and build structure in the pipeline
  • assist with simpler quotes and documentation

We are looking for someone who

  • is studying recruitment, HR, sales, marketing, or similar at a vocational school
  • is comfortable speaking with people and enjoys making contact
  • is structured, self-driven, and likes to get things done
  • writes and expresses themselves well in Swedish
  • is curious about business, growth, and the consulting industry

Meritorious:

  • experience in customer contact, service, or sales
  • familiarity with LinkedIn and working with search
