Accountant at Stena Recycling

About the Role

As an Accountant, you will work broadly with accounting. You will be an important part of the monthly closing and reporting process, while also having many internal contacts.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Active participation in monthly closings
• Asset accounting including bookkeeping, depreciation, and reporting
• Handling of bookkeeping orders
• Account reconciliations and group reconciliations
• Management and follow-up of error logs
• Reporting to SCB and some reporting to the Tax Agency
• Monthly closing reporting
• Preparation of annual reports and tax returns for subsidiaries

You will be part of a stable and experienced finance department with 15 employees, where collaboration is close and unpretentious. There is always someone to ask, discuss with, and learn from.

The position is a temporary contract from April 2026 to at least September 2027.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance
• Experience working in a finance department
• Good accounting knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of other parts of the Office suite
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
