We are currently looking for a team leader for our customer service and reception at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities As a team leader, you will lead and develop the department and employees in a professional, customer-oriented, and businesslike manner with a focus on high service and quality. The role is both administrative and coordinating and involves support for both tenants and colleagues. It also includes office responsibility for our office and encompasses orders and ongoing operations and maintenance.

You are responsible for delegating tasks, developing routines and work models, and following up and evaluating work to achieve the best possible results and customer experience. You actively contribute with improvement and development proposals and ensure a well-functioning collaboration within Customer Service, reception, and management.

Furthermore, you are responsible for contacts with partners, a good working environment, and participate in recruitment, onboarding, and skills development. You participate in projects related to customer communication and working methods, act as a problem solver, and coach the team towards common goals. The role also includes ongoing dialogue with tenants at our headquarters Park49 to ensure service and function in the reception.

We are looking for someone who has 4-5 years of experience in similar roles. Thrives in a support function role with many parallel tasks and a varied everyday life. You are self-driven, structured, and flexible, and are comfortable setting clear demands to create the right conditions and counterperformance. You have good social skills and are comfortable collaborating with various parts of the organization.

You see your role as part of the team, are unpretentious, and see solutions rather than problems.

In your role as a leader, you are characterized by several collaborative qualities and behaviors. You are clear and communicate expectations and are consistent between words and actions. You are attentive and empathetic, provide feedback, have difficult conversations, and adapt your leadership to the individual and situation. You create conditions for others to grow and take responsibility.

Desired background and experience

  • Documented experience in leading and coordinating teams

  • Several years of experience in reception, customer service, or similar service roles

  • High service mindset and strong customer focus

  • Experience in scheduling, staffing planning, and follow-up

  • Good system proficiency, preferably experience with CRM and case management systems, and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools

  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Good administrative skills and a structured approach to work
