Lernia Staffing & Recruitment is now looking for a Business Controller with a clear business focus who wants to combine analysis with real impact. In this role, you will be a sparring partner to the regional manager and site managers, actively contributing to decisions that strengthen profitability and development.

You will be part of a Business Control team, reporting to the Head of Business Control and being part of the regional management team in the west. Here, you have a responsibility that goes beyond follow-up. You see the big picture, understand the driving forces behind the numbers, and challenge issues that affect efficiency, results, and growth.

• Supporting business managers in finance-related issues

• Driving budget and forecasting work in close collaboration with the business

• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs in relation to budget and forecast

• Identifying improvement measures and ensuring follow-up

• Contributing to the development of processes within calculation and follow-up

• Being involved in initiatives related to improved governance and development of Power BI

This is a role for you who thrives in dialogue with the business and wants to be where decisions are made. You operate in an organization with a fast pace, large volumes, and many points of contact across the country. You have experience in similar tasks.

You work independently, see connections behind the numbers, and drive your issues from analysis to dialogue and follow-up. With personal maturity and a strong collaborative ability, you create trust and dare to challenge managers with result responsibility in a constructive way.

You contribute a strategic perspective on issues related to profitability, volume, and pricing.

The position is full-time with placement in Gothenburg or Halmstad. Hybrid work is applied, and travel within the region occurs. You start by agreement.
