Senior Recruitment Consultant to Sibe Construction AB – Gothenburg

Sibe Construction was founded in 2024 and has grown significantly since its inception. In 2025, we made a substantial leap in both revenue and profitability – with a strongly positive result. We are a company on a clear upward trajectory and primarily operate within the contracting industry, where we have built a stable network and several long-term customer relationships.

We are part of Sikker Bemanning AS, a well-established player in Norway's contracting industry that had a record year in 2025. Together, we combine local presence in Sweden with the strength of a strong Nordic group.

We have extensive experience in recruitment within our core areas and currently work with several stable and loyal customers throughout Sweden. Satisfied and returning clients.

About the role

As a senior recruitment consultant with us, you will drive your assignments independently – from start to finish. You will be responsible for:

• Client dialogue and needs analysis
• Requirements profile and advertising
• Search and headhunting
• Interviews, reference checks, and presentations
• Business development and relationship building

You will work across Sweden and are expected to take full ownership of your processes, business, and client relationships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5–10 years of experience as a recruiter
• Is senior, confident, and self-sufficient in your role
• Lives in Gothenburg or nearby
• Has a high drive and strong commitment
• Is business-minded yet humble as a person
• Values long-term relationships and has high social competence
• Takes pride in quality, structure, and delivery
