Job Coach/Instructor Needed for the Rusta and Matcha Program

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a job coach/instructor to join our team within the Rusta and Matcha program. As a job coach, you will work with unemployed participants, providing them with support and guidance to find the right path to employment or education. Your mission is to create individual action plans, monitor progress, and provide participants with concrete tools to enhance their chances in the job market.

  • Individual coaching and support for participants in job searching
  • Create action plans and set goals for each participant
  • Motivate and engage participants to take active steps towards employment or education
  • Collaborate with employers to find matching jobs for participants
  • Document and report progress according to the Rusta and Matcha program guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a job coach, instructor, or similar role
  • Understanding of the job market and tools to assist job seekers
  • Able to build good relationships and motivate others
  • Structured and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Interest and commitment to helping people get closer to the job market

Option 1:

  • At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
  • At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

  • At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
    • Leadership with personnel responsibility
    • Recruitment
    • Transition work for job seekers
    • Career and educational guidance
    • Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
    • Work with labor and job market issues
    • Work with social and group
