We are on an unstoppable journey and are now looking for you who want to help us make our customers happier!

As a Quality & After Sales Administrator, you are a central force in the Quality & After Sales Support team’s work. Your main task is to coordinate and drive actions regarding quality issues – from start to finish – together with Purchasing, Quality, After Sales, Central Warehouse, Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, the sales organizations, and our suppliers.

Cross-functional collaboration is crucial for success in this role. You plan, lead, coordinate, and communicate about quality issues and the next steps – while ensuring that we receive the correct compensations from suppliers. You are also responsible for ongoing administration and careful follow-up of the actions. The goal is to handle quality issues as efficiently as possible throughout the organization while maximizing supplier compensations or minimizing our costs.

You will be part of the Quality & After Sales Support team, which drives and develops the support function within Q&AS to strengthen other functions. The team’s responsibilities include, among other things, after-sales preparation for new products, after-sales support to stores and customer service, handling of compensation and insurance cases, supplier complaints, as well as registration of product information and producer responsibility to authorities and other organizations.

You report to the Quality & After Sales Support Manager.
