We staff modern corporate receptions and inspiring co-working environments around Gothenburg – and now we are looking for happy, flexible, and available receptionist stars who want to work extra as needed.

With us, assignments can come up at short notice – sometimes as soon as the next day – but we also have longer assignments, for example during the summer or for longer temporary positions. Therefore, we are looking for you who have good daytime availability and are ready to jump in when needed, while also appreciating the opportunity for more continuous periods.

This is the perfect part-time job for you who are studying, working part-time, or have another main occupation – but who want a social, developing, and varied job on the side.

As a receptionist and conference host, you are not just the face of the company – you are the energy, structure, and security in the environment.

You:

• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the very first second

• Make members, customers, and colleagues feel seen

• Ensure that the day runs smoothly – regardless of pace

You thrive in environments where things are happening, where no day is the same, and where your ability to adapt quickly makes a real difference.

• Welcome members, customers, and employees

• Be responsible for conferences, meetings, and breakfast service

• Manage bookings, orders, and supplier contacts

• Administrative work in business and booking systems

• Handle mail, deliveries, and invoices

• Distribute access cards and organize key fobs

• Ensure that conference rooms, office spaces, and refreshments always maintain high standards

• Contribute to a pleasant, energetic, and positive atmosphere

The absolute most important thing: The reception must always feel professional, warm, and inviting – even when the pace is high.

• Are genuinely service-oriented and love delivering quality

• Are social, confident, and easily connect with people

• Are flexible and can jump in at short notice

• Have good daytime availability – especially during the summer

• Are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and responsible

• Have experience in service, reception, or similar environments

• Have another main occupation (studies or other work)

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
