Process Leader for Non-Profit Sector in Borås

We are looking for a process leader for the non-profit sector in the work with the Agreement in Borås.

As an applicant, you should be well acquainted with the association life and non-profit activities. A strength would be if you have experience or knowledge of municipal processes. You should be able to express yourself easily in writing and speaking, both individually and in front of larger groups, and be comfortable with digital media. Your working hours will be scheduled during days and evenings as needed.

The following tasks may occur:

• Work with information dissemination among non-profits about the Agreement
• Participate in and lead meetings as required by the operations
• Create understanding of the municipality's perspective among non-profits
• Represent the non-profits' perspective in contact with the municipality
• Support non-profits in processes for collaboration
• Seek out and join existing networks among non-profits and, if necessary, create new ones

You should be able to work independently but in collaboration with the non-profits' consultation delegates and the municipal process leader. You have the opportunity to influence your position in collaboration with the non-profits' representatives in the Agreement's consultation. The position is a fixed-term employment at 50% during the period 260801 - 281231. The last application date is March 15, 2026.
