We are now looking for you who want to work with customer knowledge and customer service in the banking sector in central Gothenburg.

Working hours are scheduled for weekdays 8 AM to 5 PM. Start immediately.

Job Description:

Assist and provide the best possible service in phone conversations with the bank's customers.

Handle incoming customer calls and administrative tasks related to customer knowledge.

You will be part of a team of dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues who strive together to achieve good results. The position begins with an introduction to create the best possible conditions for you to succeed in your role.

This is a consulting assignment for 3 months with an immediate start and opportunities for extension. As a consultant with us, you will have the chance to learn about the industry, develop your skills, and create a network that opens doors for the future.

Qualifications and Attributes We are looking for someone who: - Has completed secondary education - Has fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Has good knowledge of the MS Office suite - Has previous experience in a service-oriented role

You are self-driven in your work while being a team player and want to contribute to spreading good energy and are motivated by working in a goal-oriented environment. As a person, you are empathetic, positive, flexible, and respectful in your interactions with both customers and colleagues.

Previous experience from the industry is an advantage.
