The compensation model includes both a base salary and performance-based incentives, where you are measured on several different goals related to business development and customer relationships.

This position is a recruitment, and you will be employed directly by Canon Medical Systems Sweden upon successful completion of the recruitment process.

What the role entails

You will work in sales and be responsible for our customers within the gynecology and obstetrics segment. To be successful, we believe you have experience in ultrasound – preferably within gynecology and obstetrics.

You will play an important role in the business process, which includes mapping clinics and decision-makers, demonstrating our ultrasound systems in clinical environments, presenting business proposals, responding to tenders, and providing application training for new and existing customers.

The work is varied and field-based with a high degree of independence, while you are part of a positive and cohesive team with colleagues covering various areas of expertise within ultrasound.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with clinical experience in ultrasound – preferably within gynecology and obstetrics. You may be a midwife, sonographer, or have another clinically oriented role with good ultrasound experience. It is important that you have a solid clinical foundation and that you enjoy a role that is more customer-facing, varied, and independent than the traditional clinical routine.

You are attentive, pedagogical, and have an easy time building trust with users and decision-makers. The role suits you if you appreciate being out with customers, taking your own initiatives, and planning your work in a structured way. Experience in sales is a plus, but not a requirement. A driver's license is necessary, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English.
