About the position

As a customer service agent, you will be part of the SPOC team – Single Point Of Contact – which is Eltel's national entry point for customers. You will be an important support for customers and technicians, ensuring that all cases are handled quickly and professionally.

Your tasks include:

• Handling urgent assignments that require immediate action
• Monitoring and following up on urgent cases
• Manually registering fault reports and calling out technicians or informing production planners
• Providing feedback to customers via email and phone
• Receiving and registering cases
• Checking materials and ordering as needed
• Supporting Eltel's or the customer's technicians
• Booking technician visits

Employment form

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Eltel. The position is a summer job expected to last from the beginning of June to the end of August. There is also the possibility to work extra as needed during the fall, Christmas, and upcoming summers. The position is full-time, and working hours are scheduled during office hours. You will be located at Eltel's office in Eriksberg.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying or has another primary occupation
• Can work full-time from June to August
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good computer and phone skills
• Experience in customer service and/or the telecommunications industry is highly meritorious
