Do you want to gain hands-on experience in public procurement and learn how to create competitive bids that actually win? Ecareer is now looking for an intern/LIA student who wants to work proactively to identify relevant procurements and help draft bids within our various product areas – in close collaboration with our bid team.
About the internship role
As an intern with us, you will be an important part of the process from initial monitoring to finished bid. You will quickly take responsibility and develop in an environment where quality, structure, and clear communication are crucial.
Examples of tasks:
Proactively monitor and collect relevant public procurements (e.g., via procurement databases)
Analyze requirements, evaluation models, and attachments in the request for proposal
Contribute to writing and compiling bid texts within our product areas
Ensure that bids meet requirements, deadlines, and formalities
Coordinate information internally and support the preparation of attachments and documents
Participate in improvement work: templates, checklists, and processes for bids
We are looking for someone who

We believe that you:
Are studying a program where LIA/internship is included (e.g., purchasing, sales, business development, economics, law)
Have a good ability to express yourself in writing in Swedish (and preferably also in English)
Are meticulous, analytical, and enjoy working towards deadlines
Thrive on taking responsibility and driving your work forward
Meritorious:
Experience in public procurement (LOU) or bid work
Familiarity with procurement databases and interpreting requirements
Interest in business, sales, offer development, or quality assurance
