We are on an unstoppable journey and are now looking for you who want to help us develop Jula's operations from an HR perspective! As an HR Business Partner, you will work to help managers become even better by creating the conditions for how Jula will attract, recruit, develop, and retain existing and future employees!

You will primarily work to support some of Jula's managers at the head office. You will provide support in HR-related areas such as change management, labor law, health and rehabilitation, recruitment, negotiations, and other personnel issues. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in further developing Jula by implementing processes and participating in various HR projects.

No two days are the same, and you will work both independently and together with fantastic colleagues. You will report to the HR manager and belong to the HR department at Jula's head office in Skara.

What’s in your CV?

We are looking for someone with experience in business-oriented HR work. You have broad HR competence and are used to supporting and challenging organizations in various ways. We would like you to have worked on different HR projects and have experience in implementing HR processes. You have an academic degree in human resources/organization.

We are an international company, so you need good language skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English to succeed in your role.

Good to know

We are looking for two new colleagues, both temporary positions for 1 year starting by agreement - based at the head office in Skara.
