Lernia is now looking for a driven and relationship-building Consultant Manager to join our team in Gothenburg. About the position
In the role of Consultant Manager, you will primarily work with our client Volvo Cars and our consultants. The role is broad, and you will work in areas such as personnel issues, staffing planning, customer and consultant care, and customer development.
As a Consultant Manager at Lernia Staffing, you will be stationed onsite at Volvo Cars.
Responsibilities
As a Consultant Manager, you are the responsible manager for the consultants at the workplace, which means you are responsible for administering employment contracts, terminations, union negotiations, supporting consultants with salary and vacation issues, as well as time reporting. Furthermore, the role means that you are responsible for staffing planning and booking consultants for assignments, as well as following up on the consultants' well-being and work performance. You will be responsible for your own business regarding follow-up calls and meetings with clients to discuss forecasts and needs both in the short and long term.
About you
The role places great emphasis on personal qualities, and you are a person driven by business and performance. You need to focus on building relationships, work without prestige, tolerate rapid changes, and act professionally in all situations. You should also view things analytically and have the ability to structure your work approach to effectively make forecasts, plan, and manage your work. As a person, you are both solution-focused and stress-resistant.
In the role of Consultant Manager, you will have significant personnel responsibility, which means it is important that you are skilled at handling different types of people.

Qualifications
- Experience in similar roles within staffing
- Strong leadership skills with documented experience in leading and developing teams.
- Good understanding of labor law and collective agreements.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Information
Employment type: Permanent after 6 months of probation
Scope: Full-time, Evening shift 14:30-23:30
Location: Gothenburg
Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement
