We are now looking, together with DENSIQ, for a responsible person for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is the role for you who sees the business system as a tool to create structure, drive development, and help the organization work smarter together.

Business Central was implemented at DENSIQ in 2018. Today, the system is a fundamental support in the business, but it is not used to its full potential. Several working methods are manual and handled in support systems, and there is a lack of clear overall ownership. This is where you come in, as the one who bridges the gap between what the system can actually enable and how the business operates today.

About the role

As the system owner for Business Central, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that the system functions as a true operational support. You immerse yourself in how work actually takes place within purchasing, production, and finance, and translate the business needs into structured, sustainable, and effective solutions in the system.

The role encompasses both management and development. You ensure that Business Central operates smoothly and efficiently in everyday life while driving improvements that reduce manual work, enhance data quality, and ultimately create more uniform working methods across companies and countries.

An important part of the assignment is to engage the organization in change. You have a pedagogical and trustworthy working style and thrive in dialogue with the business. By creating understanding for new working methods and system support, you contribute to ensuring that the solutions are not only implemented but actually used and make a difference in daily work.

You act as the link between the business and external system partners, where you specify requirements for solutions and ensure that development creates real value. The role is both strategic and operational, and you are involved all the way from analysis and prioritization to implementation and follow-up.

You report to the Group CFO and work closely with the Group Business Controller and other key personnel within the organization. You will have a central role in the business with good development opportunities over time.

In summary, the role means that you:

• Own and further develop Business Central from a business perspective
• Map and develop processes within the organization
• Drive more uniform and standardized working methods across companies and countries
• Reduce manual tasks and ensure that the system is fully utilized
• Ensure good data quality and future-proof system support, e.g., related to sustainability requirements
• Be the requirements setter and main contact for the external Business Central partner
• Prepare decision-making materials and drive improvement initiatives together with the business

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in developing business processes using business systems and enjoys a role where you combine a holistic perspective with operational execution.

You likely have:

• Experience in process development related to business systems
• Good understanding of how business flows, data, and systems are interconnected
• Practical experience in change management
• Experience in specifying requirements for system suppliers or external partners
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and business English

It is an advantage if you have worked with Business Central or NAV, in manufacturing or product-related businesses, as well as in a corporate or matrix organization. Knowledge in BI/data warehousing (e.g., Power BI), purchasing, or production is also a plus.

As a person, you are self-driven, pedagogical, and confident in driving change. You dare to challenge existing working methods and thrive in an environment where structures are not always finished, but where you get to help build them. Since the role involves many contact points, you are a clear and confident communicator who finds it easy to make yourself understood in various contexts.

Employment and practical information

This is a direct recruitment where you will initially be employed by DENSIQ Sweden, with the ambition that the role will over time have a clearer Nordic and group-wide responsibility with employment in DENSIQ Group.
