Description

Do you live in Gothenburg or are you open to working there? Do you have experience in operations administration and a background in cleaning services? Are you driven, engaged, and looking to develop in your professional role? Then you might be the one we are looking for! PIMA is seeking an operations administrator who wants to contribute to delivering top-quality cleaning services to our corporate clients.

You will work closely with both colleagues and clients in a central role responsible for the administrative aspects related to operations.

We offer a full-time position based at our office in Gothenburg, starting on April 7th.

Responsibilities

As an operations administrator, you have a central and coordinating role in the daily operations. You are responsible for personnel administration, scheduling, and vacation planning, as well as handling incoming orders via email and our operational systems, including one-off assignments. The role involves ongoing work in our administrative programs where you update information in the Tengella system, set up clients and projects (Agreements/AOs), and register and follow up on deviations.

You will also work with quality controls and safety rounds, manage key handling, and administer ID06 and ServiceID. The role includes answering the office phone and participating in weekly operations meetings.

Qualifications

We would like you to:

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
  • Be driven, social, and meticulous
  • Be cooperative

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration

Meritorious

  • Previous work experience in cleaning services
  • Good knowledge of Excel and experience with the Tengella system.

Conditions

  • Employment type: permanent with a 6-month probationary period
  • Working hours: 07:00-16:00 Monday-Friday
  • Upon employment, you will have access to our digital training
