About the Role

As a recruiter at Lernia, you will work with volume recruitment for our clients in the automotive industry. You will be an important part of our TA team and responsible for staffing the client with the right skills at the right time. The role involves a lot of candidate management, in-person interviews, administrative work, and close collaboration with other recruiters.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of candidates: screening and in-person interviews.
• Conduct selections based on given requirement profiles and standardized methods.
• Staff factories and production environments within the automotive industry.
• Handle hiring, contract writing, and administrative onboarding.
• Coordinate physical tests and other checks.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the client and ensure a high delivery level.
• Work in ATS (Teamtailor) and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate closely with other recruiters in the team and contribute to common goals.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably volume or operational recruitment.
• Good administrative skills and system proficiency.
• Post-secondary education, preferably in economics, HR, behavioral science, or a related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and good English.
• Structured, meticulous, and comfortable working according to standardized processes.
• Enjoy teamwork and shared delivery goals.

Meritorious

• Experience from the staffing industry.
• Understanding of industrial, production, or blue-collar environments.
• Experience working in Teamtailor.
• Experience working in Refapp.
