Administrator and Digitalization Coordinator

NU Healthcare is part of the Västra Götaland Region and is one of Sweden's larger county hospitals. We are located at NÄL (Northern Älvsborg County Hospital) in Trollhättan and Uddevalla Hospital. About the position

We are looking for an engaged administrator who will also take on the role of the clinic's digitalization coordinator. Here you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the operations and contribute to high patient safety, efficient processes, and a more cohesive digital care. You will belong to the Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic, but many of your tasks will encompass the entire clinic. The role is broad and developing – perfect for you who enjoy variation and having many points of contact. In this role, you will be part of the management work and be adjourned to the operational management.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate digitalization and development work within the clinic.
• Actively work with patient safety and improved processes.
• Handle cases in 1177 and provide a professional response to our patients.
• Order assistive devices and maintain order in our administrative flows.
• Support the operations with administrative tasks and contribute to structure and quality.
• Participate in patient-related work if needed – something we see as an advantage if you are interested.

We are looking for someone who is

Self-driven, initiative-taking, and structured. A skilled collaborator who builds good relationships with both colleagues and patients. Interested in digitalization, development, and continuous improvements. Has a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Experience from the healthcare or health sector is meritorious but not a requirement. Curious, unpretentious, and confident in taking on new ways of working.
