As a claims adjuster with us, you will have a varied and responsible job where you:

• Handle damage reports and guide the customer through the entire process, from report to completed claim.
• Collect and assess relevant information to make decisions in various claims cases, such as traffic damages.
• Apply insurance terms, laws, and internal guidelines in your work.
• Communicate clearly and accurately with customers and partners, primarily via phone and digital channels.
• Actively contribute to customer care, the company's goals, and our work with continuous improvements.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about helping others and always puts the customer first.
• Is attentive, communicative, and has an easy time building good relationships.
• Expresses themselves well in both speech and writing, and can adapt their communication to the customer's needs.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys making independent decisions.
• Wants to develop both individually and together with your team.
• Brings positive energy and helps out where needed.
• Has the ambition to work at least two summers and, by agreement, during the rest of the year.

You have at least a high school education and may currently be studying at university and looking for a part-time job. Experience in claims adjustment or a job with customer contact is an advantage. Good IT skills (Office) and a B driver's license are required.
