Job Responsibilities

With us, you will have a broad and varied role where you will work with:

• Scheduling and student administration
• Grade catalogs, substitutes, and administration of staff absence
• Finance, invoice management, payroll reporting, purchasing, and follow-up of financial reports
• Statistics, reporting, and contacts with, among others, the Swedish National Agency for Education and Statistics Sweden
• Service, mail handling, error reporting, and to some extent school transport issues

You will work in our systems such as Edlevo, Vklass, Heroma, Proceedo, and Hypergene.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education, preferably with an administrative focus
• Has good digital skills and is used to working in several different systems simultaneously
• Easily learns new systems
• Expresses themselves very well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is stress-resistant, flexible, and can work both independently and in a team

If you have experience in administration within public operations, it is an advantage!

There are periods of high work pace, which requires you to have a good ability to organize, structure, and prioritize.
