Administrator Wanted at Movant in Gothenburg

About the Role

As an administrator, you are a key person in the organization and an important support to both students, teachers, and school management. The role is varied and involves working with several parts of the school's administrative processes.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Student administration and registration of study plans
• Attendance and grading management
• Administration in student systems such as Omniway and Edlevo
• Follow-up, statistics, and reporting
• Handling of CSN-related questions
• Orders and other office administration
• Administrative support to school management and teachers

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented role where structure, accuracy, and collaboration are important. You are solution-oriented, have good administrative skills, and enjoy working in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high and tasks vary.

We believe that you:

• have education in administration or equivalent experience
• have good IT skills and are used to working in administrative systems
• are structured, flexible, and responsible
• have a good attitude and strong communication skills

It is an advantage if you have experience in school administration and systems such as Edlevo, Omniway, Alvis, or similar student administrative systems.
