The job involves many customer contacts every day via phone and email. The questions range from simple information requests to more complex situations where you need to search for information in several systems while professionally engaging with the customer. Job Responsibilities

As a customer service assistant, you are an important contact point between our customers, waste contractors, and the organization. You work independently to guide customers and drive cases forward by:

• Answering questions via phone and email about waste, water, and sewage.
• Registering orders, changes, and administrative matters.
• Searching for information in several operational systems to find the right solutions.
• Informing customers about our services and contributing to sustainable choices.
• Handling administrative documents related to customer cases.

The work means that you often handle several parallel cases at the same time and are responsible for following up and closing them. You will receive introduction and support from colleagues but are expected to quickly become confident in working independently within given frameworks.

Qualifications

Who are you?

In this position, great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a phone-based customer service role for most of the workday. You are motivated by solving problems and take responsibility for seeking information and driving cases forward when the answer is not obvious.

After the introduction, you are expected to be able to work independently within given frameworks and take responsibility for driving your cases forward.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school diploma.
• Experience in service work where customer contact has been a central part of the tasks, such as customer service, reception, retail, support, or similar.
• Good ability to quickly search and interpret information in digital systems and convey it clearly to the customer.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as basic knowledge of English.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with digital systems or administrative work.
• Additional language skills.
• Previous experience in case management in digital systems is particularly meritorious.
