KAM Sales Representative for NEG

We are expanding our production for NEG and are therefore looking for a KAM sales representative who wants to work in a developing and inclusive environment with sales and service, offering good salary conditions.

We give you the opportunity to work remotely in the future, but initially you will of course work from the office.

We have just moved into newly renovated premises in Gothenburg.

About the position:

The position involves selling NEG energy management services via phone to companies and individuals.

We always value high quality in our conversations, and our goal is for our agents to continuously develop. We prefer that you have previous sales experience, but it is not a requirement; we place great importance on your personality, willingness, and drive.

As a salesperson, you will work office hours, Monday to Friday. We primarily hire full-time, but there is also the possibility of part-time employment.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has a positive attitude towards sales. We want you to be goal-oriented and performance-driven but also able to handle setbacks. You are not afraid to take initiative while also caring about good cohesion and a pleasant workplace. You are positive towards diversity, equality, and value everyone equally. We appreciate if you are active in sports and/or have previous experience in sales and leadership. If you are also willing to engage in social contexts and are a positive person, that can be an advantage for the position.

With good results, there is the possibility of leading positions within the company.

Qualifications

For the position, you must:

• be at least 20 years old
• have a high school diploma or equivalent experience
• have previous work experience, preferably with sales experience
• have good language skills in Swedish.

Interviews will be conducted physically, on an ongoing basis. Start date for the position is by agreement.
