Upgrader helps organizations grow through inspiring lectures and developing training with well-known profiles. The journey continues – and together with Oddwork, we are looking for an Account Manager who wants to create strong relationships and build meaningful business. 

 

About the role:  

At Upgrader, you are responsible for the entire customer journey, from the first contact to completed delivery and follow-up. With great freedom under responsibility, you drive your business forward, build long-term relationships with new customers, and develop your own customer base. Here, you do not sell products off the shelf, but experiences that inspire, engage, and develop people and organizations. Your target audience is broad and varied. You address both small and large companies, regardless of industry, that want to invest in skills development, strengthen their leadership, inspire their employees, or create memorable kick-offs through lectures, training, and courses. This makes the role both dynamic and developing; no customer is the same. Travel occurs occasionally, primarily to Stockholm and Malmö. 

Examples of tasks

  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships through both digital and physical meetings 

  • Work with the sale of inspirational lectures, training, and courses 

  • Independently book meetings, drive business, negotiate, close deals, and ensure delivery 

  • Be the customer's natural contact person throughout the process – from idea to implementation 

  • Create and develop collaborations with both new and existing customers and partners 

We are looking for someone who…  ... works systematically with sales, builds long-term customer relationships, and creates business through understanding the customer's needs. You are self-sufficient and confident in driving your processes forward, while knowing when it is time to pause, listen, and build trust. With your communicative ability, you quickly create a relationship that feels genuine, whether it is in a first conversation or in a long-term collaboration. You are motivated by freedom under responsibility and naturally take ownership of your business. For you, sales is not about quick closures, but about understanding needs in depth and building relationships that last over time.     Our requirements: 

  • Experience in B2B sales and have independently driven sales processes 

  • Ability to work systematically towards clear goals 

  • Strong communicative skills and relationship focus 

  • Flexibility to travel between major cities as needed 

  • Driving license B 

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
