Since our inception, Klimathjälpen has been driven by two key words: development and community. We have built a team of driven environmental consultants that is easier to liken to a family than a company. At Klimathjälpen, we win together and lose together.
Now we are looking for a team leader for events who shares our ambition to always get a little better every day.

Who are we?

Klimathjälpen works to raise awareness about the environment and reduce annual carbon emissions. Our goal is to help as many people as possible become more aware of the environment and reduce their climate impact.

We do this, among other things, through the sale of carbon offsetting.
To offset your carbon emissions means to remove the same amount of carbon dioxide that you emit.
A simple, popular, and easy-to-sell product.

What does the job entail?

As a Team Leader at Klimathjälpen, you will be responsible for budget, recruitment, and training of new and existing employees. You won't just put your feet up on the desk; instead, you will be actively out meeting your salespeople and customers. Additionally, you will sell yourself in true team spirit. You live as you teach, lead by example, and inspire your employees.

You have a clear goal in what and where you want to go in your career, and you see great value in creating and developing relationships and a good team. You enjoy setting budgets and smashing them. You are a competitive person who helps your salespeople thrive and perform at work.
