Job Description

Technical Support is a department where employees have a good knowledge of our products, are service-oriented, and have a lot of customer contact. This is important to us as it contributes to good relationships with our customers, creating conditions for increased sales. As an employee in Technical Support, there will be good development opportunities within the Support area as well as in other functions within the company. The tasks include receiving and handling incoming cases from our customers, sister companies, service technicians, and salespeople via phone and email. The role also includes providing support in product selection and troubleshooting. Over time, you will also work on planning and conducting internal and external training about our products and various improvement projects.

Your Profile

As a person, you are service-oriented, outgoing, positive, and have a strong interest in technology. You enjoy taking your own initiatives and like to learn new things. Your work will largely be characterized by problem-solving and troubleshooting, so it is important that you enjoy taking on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are used to working independently while also enjoying teamwork. You are good at sharing your knowledge in a pedagogical manner. You should have at least a technical high school diploma; education in control and regulation technology, automation, HVAC, or electrical engineering is an advantage. Alternatively, you have previously worked as an industrial electrician, property technician, service technician, in HVAC, with control and regulation technology, as a salesperson at a wholesaler, or in technical support. It is advantageous if you have insight into regulations and standards as well as knowledge of the functionality and construction of the products that Frico sells. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Other language skills, especially German, are advantageous. Excellent computer skills are a must for this position.
