We are looking for an Account Manager in Gothenburg!

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by working towards clear goals
• Are communicative, trustworthy, and have an easy time making contact with new people
• Have the ability to understand the customer's business and identify business opportunities
• Work in a structured manner, are self-driven, and can prioritize effectively
• Have previous sales experience – preferably in B2B, telecommunications, or IT, but this is not a requirement
• See challenges as opportunities and want to grow in the role of a salesperson

About the role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the company's customers in the Gothenburg area and contribute to creating profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Your tasks include:

  • Identifying, contacting, and building relationships with new customers
  • Developing and deepening collaborations with existing customers
  • Presenting solutions within IT and digital services in a professional manner
  • Participating in customer meetings and following up on deals throughout the sales process
  • Working towards clear sales goals with support from your team and mentor

You will receive a personal mentor with extensive experience in the industry, who will help you develop and reach your full potential. Through continuous coaching and follow-up, we ensure that you have the right conditions to succeed in the role.
