In the role of receptionist and customer service representative, you will primarily respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your focus will be on providing first-class and efficient service as you answer questions regarding orders, deliveries, products, complaints, and payments. We work with continuous follow-up on our customers' experiences to improve our customer service. The position also includes assisting in our reception and pick-up desk, as well as other departments, where tasks such as packing and handling returns may be relevant. Qualifications The role suits you if you are confident in customer management and enjoy providing fantastic service, both in person and using a computer and phone as tools. You have good Swedish in speech and writing. You find it easy to manage multiple systems and phones simultaneously. Experience or knowledge of products such as light sources, robot vacuum cleaners, or 3D printers is of great interest to us. Experience in administrative work or working in a reception is advantageous, as is a B driver's license. In addition to effective handling of customer inquiries, language proficiency and a pleasant tone in customer interactions are important to us, and work samples will be conducted during the recruitment process. We place great importance on your personality and see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and able to handle various tasks simultaneously. The right person for the position appreciates the variety of inquiries, takes responsibility for their tasks, can adjust their pace according to workload, and is a team player who contributes to the group. The position is a fixed-term employment for approximately one year at iPiccolo's headquarters in Uppsala. We conduct ongoing selections, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
