Driven Freight Forwarder Wanted in Gothenburg

We are now looking for a driven freight forwarder to join our office in Gothenburg. Your work will involve planning, booking, and following up on domestic and international transports. You will be responsible for creating efficient transport solutions with good profitability and a clear cost focus.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role where structure is crucial. You are stress-resistant, organized, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when the workload increases. As a person, you are self-driven, responsible, and have an easy time building good relationships with both internal and external partners.
The role involves ongoing contact with customers and carriers, where you ensure quality, accuracy, and a high level of service – even during peak periods. Delivering professional service and creating long-term trust is a natural part of your work approach.
We prefer that you have experience in freight forwarding or transport planning, or relevant education. Experience with business systems is an advantage.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
