About the position

As a store employee in the pop-up store, you are the face of the brand in every customer interaction. You inspire, style, and guide the customer to the right look. Sales are a natural part of your daily routine, and you are driven to create results through personal meetings. It is a smaller store, and you work somewhat independently, which means you are responsible for the daily operations – from keeping the space inspiring and well-stocked to handling deliveries, cash register, and inventory. The pace can be high, and the energy likewise!

Examples of tasks:

• Provide personal advice and styling tips to customers and actively work with sales and upselling
• Ensure that the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually inspiring through replenishment, merchandise care, and display
• Receive and handle deliveries and work with inventory and stocktaking
• Handle cash register, payments, and simpler administrative tasks
• Be an ambassador for the brand and contribute to a shopping experience in line with the concept

Employment type

The position is a temporary assignment as a consultant through StudentConsulting and runs from April to June, when the pop-up store is open. The work shifts vary, but you are expected to be able to work about 3-4 shifts per week, both weekdays and weekends. The role is particularly suitable for you who are studying or have another main occupation and want to combine it with an energetic and inspiring store job.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We place great importance on your personal qualities! We are looking for male applicants who have a genuine interest in fashion and trends, with an extra feel for men's fashion. You are confident, self-driven, and take initiative without hesitation. You thrive in meeting people, have an easy time reading the customer, and understand how to create an experience rather than just a purchase. Structure and responsibility come naturally to you, while you also contribute positive energy and a presence that sets the mood in the room!

You are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English. Experience from fashion retail and/or service is highly meritorious, but the right personality and drive are crucial.
