We are looking for a Planning & Capacity Analyst who will help create a clear and integrated view of our project portfolio, opportunity pipeline, and organisational capacity.
In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, delivery managers, and senior leadership to provide analysis that supports key business decisions. Your insights will help ensure that commitments, future opportunities, and available resources are aligned.
This is an advisory role supporting portfolio prioritisation, bid/no-bid decisions, and workforce planning.
Your Role
As Planning & Capacity Analyst, you maintain a high-level overview of the organisation's portfolio and help balance delivery commitments with future growth opportunities.
You monitor active contracts and key milestones across the portfolio (typically 5-10 concurrent projects), tracking delivery phases, capacity demand, and potential risks or bottlenecks.
You maintain visibility of the opportunity pipeline, develop scenario analyses, and support bid/no-bid discussions with fact-based insights.
The role also includes supporting resource and capacity planning, identifying potential shortages or overcommitment risks, and preparing decision material for senior management and the Business Council.
In addition, you help develop and improve planning models, forecasting assumptions, and data quality across sales, delivery, and operations.
Your Profile
You have experience in environments where multiple projects run in parallel and where planning and coordination are important.
Relevant backgrounds include:
- PMO or portfolio analysis
- Project coordination in multi-project environments
- Resource or capacity planning
- Operations or business planning
You also have:
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- Ability to work with uncertain or incomplete information
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills across sales, delivery, and management
- Experience with planning tools, spreadsheets, and forecasting models
The role can be based in Göteborg, Växjö, or Apeldoorn (Netherlands).
This position requires that you pass a security vetting in accordance with current security protection regulations. For some positions, additional citizenship requirements may apply.
