We are now looking for service-oriented booking agents (Sales Center Agent) for our booking center in Gothenburg who want to be part of an exciting everyday life where no day is the same. We are looking for both those who want to work full-time starting immediately (permanent position with a 6-month initial probationary period) and summer staff, where you can specify what suits you best in your application.

About the role

Do you love service and are you used to creating satisfied customers over the phone and email? Then the role at Hertz Sales Center is perfect for you! With us, you will be part of a super team of 13 people who together receive approximately 17,000 calls and email inquiries every month. We assist customers with booking requests, support & advice, adjustments, and general questions regarding all of Hertz's services, products, offices, and much more. This is in Sweden as well as globally, so the information base is broad, and a careful needs analysis based on the individual customer is crucial.

Your personal qualities will be an important success factor. Being social, positive, engaged, and having a pronounced service mindset is a prerequisite. You should thrive in environments with a fast and constant flow of information and be able to navigate smoothly between different help systems, routines, and templates. You are communicative and have the ability to convey information clearly and accurately. Training is provided internally, but experience in service, familiarity with working in data systems, and over the phone is a prerequisite for the role. Here, you need to be quick in both fingers and thought and adapt to different situations and needs. If you are also interested in cars and have good geographical knowledge, the job will be both easier and more enjoyable.

We believe you have:

• Very good experience in handling customer contacts, continuously and with high quality via phone and email - we would like you to have worked in similar roles and have documented experience from roles where focus and service have been central
• Experience in needs-based upselling of services and products during ongoing customer contact
• Good experience in working administratively and navigating in systems and IT environments
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Additional language skills - primarily in the Nordic languages
• Driving license (B)

Our booking center is located in bright, pleasant, and newly built premises in the MIMO building in Mölndal, close to public transport, Mölndal square, and the mall. Working hours are office hours on weekdays and every sixth Sunday. In addition to an exciting role to develop in, we offer:
